Policies

Refunds for cancelled registrations may be available if the cancellation request is received by the following date:

• 1 month prior to first rehearsal of the term = 100% refund

• 1 week prior to first rehearsal = 75% refund

• After first rehearsal = 50% refund

• After second rehearsal = 25% refund

• No refunds will not be offered for cancellations after the third rehearsal of the term.

Refunds

We understand that things come up and your child may not be able to make it to every rehearsal, but in order to ensure the strength of the ensemble, we will only allow 3 excused absences per session. If absences exceed this limit, your child may be asked to refrain from participation in the final concert.
