Who We Are
Rock & Roll Kids Choir is a community singing ensemble for children ages 4-7 focused on learning and performing rock and pop classics, including David Bowie, Talking Heads, The White Stripes, The Velvet Underground, Cat Stevens, and Prince!
We offer an afterschool option on Mondays at 5:00 pm as well as a weekend option on Sundays at 4:00 pm; both choirs will combine for a Saturday concert at the end of each 12 week session.

Weekly rehearsals will take place at Calvary Church (Golden Valley location) in the Music Auditorium. Our final concert (May 18) will be in the Chapel.
About Our Director
Founder and director Beth Gusenius is an early childhood music educator who has been involved with the Twin Cities music scene for over two decades. After graduating with a B.A. in music from Gustavus Adolphus College, she studied musicology at the University Of Minnesota, worked in music education administration, and performed with a variety of local ensembles. A semi-professional singer, she is equally at home onstage at the Ordway with Minnesota Opera, or rocking the karaoke mic at the Vegas Lounge in northeast Mpls!
